Mainstream media continues to show images of protesters attacking President Donald Trump’s executive orders and his fight to keep America safe.
Liberal media promote image after image and pundit after pundit denouncing Trump’s actions. These leftist elitists continually present the protests as if all America agrees with what this minority opposition group represents.
Liberal media wants America to believe that all the hijab-wearing foreigners who have locked arms with all the whiny snowflakes who’ve ditched their jobs are the face of America today.
Leftists still don’t understand that all those images work to solidify the resolve of the citizens who are the heart of the country who disagree with all the protesters. America, by a majority, wants the country to remain safe from all enemies abroad and citizens don’t want to take chances with immigrants from enemy nations.
A recent Rasmussen Reports poll reveals the feelings of the majority in America, a statistic liberals won’t promote.
Most voters approve of President Trump’s temporary halt to refugees and visitors from several Middle Eastern and African countries, according to Rightwing News, until the government can do a better job of keeping out individuals who are terrorist threats.
A new Rasmussen Reports national telephone and online survey finds that 57% of Likely U.S. Voters favor a temporary ban on refugees from Syria, Iraq, Iran, Libya, Somalia, Sudan and Yemen until the federal government approves its ability to screen out potential terrorists from coming here. Thirty-three percent (33%) are opposed, while 10% are undecided.
Similarly, 56% favor a temporary block on visas prohibiting residents of Syria, Iraq, Iran, Libya, Somalia, Sudan and Yemen from entering the United States until the government approves its ability to screen for likely terrorists. Thirty-two percent (32%) oppose this temporary ban, and 11% are undecided.
The refugee ban is supported by 82% of Republicans and 59% of voters not affiliated with either major party. Democrats are opposed by a 53% to 34% margin. The numbers are nearly identical for the temporary ban on visas from these seven terrorist-plagued nations.
Rasmussen wasn’t the only organization to show these results. A Reuters/Ipsos released Tuesday showed almost half of American adults supported Trump’s executive order. From The Washington Examiner:
The Jan. 30-31 poll concluded that 49 percent of adults “strongly” or “somewhat” agree with the Trump administration’s action. A total 41 percent “strongly” or “somewhat” disagreed with the White House’s move. Ten percent said they are undecided on the Jan. 27 announcement.
The majority of Democrats, 53 percent, said they “strongly disagree” with Trump, while 51 percent of Republicans said they “strongly agree” with the policy to block people from Iran, Iraq, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, Syria and Yemen.
Thirty-one percent of all respondents said they feel “more safe” with the ban in effect, but 26 percent feel “less safe” as a result of the executive order.
Without this country, all others fail. Stop the anti-American protests and hiring that hurts the US.
