There has been a lot of chatter in the alternative media about Democrat presidential nominee Hillary Clinton’s diva-like behavior behind the scenes.
For example, former Secret Service agent and Crisis of Character author Gary Byrne, who protected the White House during the Clinton administration, writes in his book that Hillary Clinton was “abusive” and “vindictive” to those around her.
Clinton even allegedly alienated her taxpayer-funded Secret Service bodyguards to the extent that they were practically giddy when she broke her arm in a fall.
From the New York Post:
Hillary Clinton’s security detail hated her so much that they privately snickered after she accidentally fell and broke her arm when she was secretary of state in 2009, one of her former guards told the Post. Clinton, then 61, was in the State Department basement on her way to meet President Obama when she took a spill — and ended up in the hospital for an operation to repair her shattered right elbow. ‘We sort of got the last laugh. It was kind of like payback: You’re treating us like s–t. Hey karma is a bitch! We were smiling to ourselves,’ the agent told The Post on Wednesday.
The same unidentified agent noted that Clinton, who he/she described as “bad news,” had the audacity to blame the detail for her injury.
Commenting on this revelation, The Daily Caller observed that while the media is ready to pounce on Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump for every campaign mishap, real or imagined, “throughout the entire campaign almost nobody has taken note of Hillary Clinton’s longtime and notorious abuse of underlings, including cursing out a Secret Service agent who said ‘good morning.'”
The same agent who talked to the Post praised Condoleezza Rice, the secretary of state in the George W. Bush administration, as a true diplomat who developed strong rapport with the Secret Service agents who accompanied her.
“The agent’s account backed up FBI documents released this week that showed Clinton’s protective detail despised her for treating them with contempt,” the Post added.
