Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump and Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton engaged in what was an uncharacteristically civil debate at the University of Nevada Las Vegas Wednesday.
The civility lasted for approximately 25 minutes.
About a half hour in, moderator Chris Wallace of Fox News asked the former secretary of state about her policy on open borders citing WikiLeaks.
Clinton demurred, noting she was discussing energy policy and slammed Wallace for citing WikiLeaks and invoked the name of Russian President Vladimir Putin, accusing him of being the source of the leak.

Trump responded by noting, “That was a great pivot” and not answering the question.

The real estate mogul was quickly lauded for the remark.
Trump: "That was a great pivot off of open borders."
He's right about that.
